Hi guys,

I think we are pretty well through the fiasco of getting these units into our warehouse, built, and shipped out.  I apologize for all of the manufacturing delays and the time needed to get these units out to you.  You all have been very patient through this, and I appreciate that.  It has been difficult making sure that everything got done the way it was supposed to, as in the middle of receiving all of these units to build, we still had a complete remodel of our entire production area going on.  Now that is is completed, we can get more orders out faster than ever!

The best way to contact me is always going to be via e-mail.  Aside from managing the HIP user orders,  I also manage all of our RMAs and Returns of product, our retail website, and several local business to business accounts.  My desk is more of a storage place for papers and pens these days, so you may have trouble reaching me via phone at times.  My wonderful Android phone allows me to receive your e-mails anywhere I can get cell service, and I will always do my best to reply to you guys on any questions or issues.  Everything at CTL is still done by a real live person - every e-mail, every phone call, every RMA.  That being said, we may not be as fast as the online retailers are with order notifications and all that, but I am working on having those issues addressed ASAP.  I mean, afterall, I don't REALLY want to have to manually send out 684 backorder notification e-mails again

As a side note, from this point on, we should have floating stock on the high resolution units, as long as one of our business accounts does not put in a huge order.  We recently had a customer of ours order 1200 of the standard resolution units, so those will be on backorder for quite some time.  It seems that you all prefer the high resolution units anyways, so I think we should be fine.

For those of you interested, we are working hard on getting our 2goPad ready for market, the last I heard was late Sept./early November, but that may change still.  It is a really neat unit, and will be a good alternative to the iPad for those of you that want functionality.

Lastly, a question for Dom..Did I see somewhere that you might be making a version of HIP that works for Android OS?  If so, 2go PC may have something to test that out on in the near future....

Awesome Matt, thanks for the info. Regarding Android, I need to spend some more time working out the differences in Google's verson of Java but its definitely a possibility.
