Has anyone used both Photoshop and GIMP? Which one is easier to use? I think the problem with GIMP is there is little help available and the youtube video tutorials are outdated. Is Photoshop more user friendly?

I use the GIMP, and I thought the online help is good. I haven't figured out how to DL the help file, so I just use the online file. I think it is a great program, and it is free.

I like photoshop a little better but it's expensive! GIMP is free and has a ton of features.

I have GIMP already, but am willing to pay for Photoshop if it is easier to use.  :D

Photoshop has a steep learning curve as well. I wouldn't say it's easier for most. I prefer it as I've used it for 10 years versus 2 for GIMP.

we have been using photoshop, but honestly based on the features dom has included in HIP, we don't use it as much anymore.
