What can I say, I think about HIP as I fall asleep.

Any update on the phone number pulling from ISN?  Any update on RecallChek problems?  Thanks.

4.2.2 is public on the site for Windows (was beta tested for the last few weeks). I'm almost done fixing a big issue that was found when merging reports and will then release new Mac and Windows updates.

New Feature: Added $Client1FirstName and $Client2FirstName variables.

New Feature: Option added under Report Settings->Options->Item Options to: "Add a blank line between Selection Panels and Minor/Major Damage Panel narratives." This option improves readability of the report but will make it slightly longer.

Bug Fix: Double clicking photo within narrative section wasn't always working when reopening previous inspection.

Any update on pulling the number from ISN?  It still only pulls the home phone number?

Any update on the RecallChek problems?  I have the RecallChek data collection page saved in my template.  I upload that template, download to mobile, use it, upload the inspection and download to HIP PC.  The template loses the 3rd setting (1st setting is name of item, 2nd setting is section in HIP, 3rd setting is tab inside that section).  It is also keeping old data in the fields.  I have to reset that page for every inspection.  Also, I am doing bigger houses now and need more settings than 25 on the RecallChek data collection page. 

Please let me know what the plans are for these items.  Thanks.

For RC, you need to make sure to close HIP in between inspections. That will clear everything out.

What exact field are you entering the data into on ISN? Every time I test that import it's working for me but maybe I'm using a different area.

For the ISN phone number, on my client page there are fields for Work Phone, Home Phone, Cell phone.  I always have a cell phone.  I have my office copy that number to the Home Phone so that it will pull into HIP.  I am now using HIP 4.2.2.  I just did an ISN Import from a record that had a cell phone number only.  It did not pull the cell phone into HIP. 

Regarding the RC problems - forgive me put I am a little angry over this issue.  I know you have a lot going on but I have been complaining about this problem for a long time.  I always close HIP and start anew for different inspections.  This is a different problem.  I have an email from October 10/13 that the problem existed in 3.6.5.  At some point in the process, you asked me to send my template to Dan.  I did, Dan replicated the problem and was forwarding to you.

But, it still does not work for me in my template.  For some reason, when I upload from HIP Mobile and download to HIP PC, it screws up the RC page. 

Also, when sending items to RecallChek, it does not send the serial number.  Can it?
