Design Change: Video object in PDF will revert back to the first frame showing after scrolling the PDF out of screen.

Design Change: Report Settings->Formatting window now resizable. Changes made to components to make sure RGB field shows.

Bug Fix: Upload Report to HIP fixed from Toolbar (menu worked fine already).

Bug Fix: Fixed non US date format issue.

As a mater of interest when I downloaded Ver 4 today it shows up as HomeInspectorPro (3).exc.
