The Footer information in the Site Info includes extra formatting that is throwing off the formatting. There was also a bogus <address> tag in the data that doesn't exist. If you're entering the text to appear in the footer, it just needs to include the basic text without paragraph formatting, tabs, non-breaking spaces, or other formatting.

For the image appearring distorted, this is an existing issue with the logo. The logo is intended to be 80 x 80 pixels, so it's scaling it to fit in the available area. If you resize the image to be 80 pixels square, it should appear properly.

My take on this is that the existing image is not meant to be square and may have a page like shape so Mike needs to add a frame (border) around the image to configure it to square.
Personal comment is I think 80 by 80 is a bad size for that logo.(too small)

That'd be a good way to solve the problem. Often you can take the current image and resize it to fit within the dimensions, then pad out the rest of the space (and the background) as transparent area. The client won't see the difference, and the image won't be skewed.

Exactly what I meant though transparency and layers can be tough if you are not familiar with them.

IMHO-the header should be reconfigured. That blank space to the left looks wrong and could be used for additional information including a normal size logo. I am building the site for another inspector, and if it does not look good then I have to change themes and reconfigure everything. Dom mentioned that it may be able to be reconfigured, what is the status on that?

It is very important to inspectors that their logo be viewable

I wonder if you could just make the header space smaller (Less high) and put the logo top of menu.
