The theme was actually designed with the header being right aligned which is why it looks that way. We can switch it for just his use if you want. Just let us know where you want it. That being said, are you referring to the co name & slogan, or the inspector image in the left sidebar?

The logo is squished because your original dimensions are off. Make square it's a bit more square.

I think the dimensions are good for the logo, it looks good in my image viewer, the site squished it. I think there is an issue with the header. The whole blank area above Dwayne's pic looks wrong and the spaces to the left of the logo looks wrong.

The header should go left and start above the image of Dwayne. I am trying to add a screen shot but I get an error saying it is not writable.

Check the footer also, it is messed up too. I can not align the text.
