That's fine.  That's why I put it in there.  As for your other sites, can you add links to them?  If not, your going to upset some people who link those site and don't get links in return!

I'm not sure what you mean here. I have 5 other domain names, but I just bought those to secure the names and am not doing anything with them now, and probably will not for some time down the road. Once I see that this works and i actually get orders from my website, then I will work on setting those up.

As far as the 2 old sites I mentioned, the www.gsinspect.com is one of those, the other is actually the old site my partner had in place before i partnered up with him and the gsinspect  is a duplicate, copy cat, or whatever you call it of that one (Dom said it wasn't a "true mirrored" site, whatever that means....I know what a mirrored site is, but I guess I don't understand how our web guy set that up when we changed it to gsinspect) but for all intensive purposes, it is the same site with 2 domain names.

So the long of the short here is I only have 2 active websites, www.myindianapolishomeinspector.com which is hosted here, and the www.gsinspect.com which is my original site hosted elsewhere.

Let me know if I'm missing something here.

I was referring to was your old site.  Since its not hosted here, I just wanted to make sure you have the ability to add links to it.  It might get costly if you are paying someone to add the links for you.  But if you can add them yourself its not a big deal.

If your not adding links to it, then no one will want to link that site because you wouldn't be able to link them back.

Ah....got you. I didn't even think of that, I'm all focused on the new website! I can add links to it, thanks to the $200 software I purchased! I a have a resource list on there already, but I will have to add a Home Inspectors section etc. Not as easy as it is to do here, but your right, I need to to do that.

Since you've had your other site for awhile you want to keep it. If you forward a domain it won't be counted or ever shown on a search engine.

Could they just keep the URL get rid of the old site and start a new site through you and still keep the rankings?  Or would Google look at that as a whole new site and start over from scratch?
