If you Hippies have some extra time I would appreciate some critique of my website.

Scott, I didn't look at every page, just a few. Maybe organize your inspector links into areas, like states or Midwest, Southwest, Northeast.....

On your contact page I would make the phone number mandatory. Now you won't have to contact through e-mail. Yo can call them and get to know them while you are booking inspection.

I would move the ENERGY AUDIT tab over so it is between HOME INSPECTION and COMMRECIAL. That is probably one of your big moneymakers right? Thermal Imaging? I would want that by the other inspection stuff.

Looks good (I've reviewed it before obviously). You seem to have some extra space in your footer though that you can get rid of.

Not in a hurry to categorize all those links. Don’t know if it’s necessary for SEO.

I was wondering about the menu buttons. The ones that have sub menu's (children) lead me to believe that the first one is the topic and not an actual page. I hope you understand.

You don't want more then 30 or so links on a page max. Hence the categorization by state helps out.

That's true about the menu's , some people might not realize that , you could add the page to the menu again.
