You can use whatever you want. But I think HIP themes will work fine for you. No offense, but your niche is no different than the rest of us. You are doing home inspections just like the rest of us. We all inspect homes that are old or rehabbed or remodeled. Just remember that when you build the site, it is not a pamphlet or a billboard, it is a tool for clients to find you, so construct it for your clients use, but also for the search engines.

You're right I should have my company logo and phone number and a picture of a guy with a clop board standing beside a house. That will really make me stand out among my competition in an area of 5+ million people.

If the niche doesn't exist, you create one.

Your site won't stand out if no one can find it. I am just trying to help. But, if you keep that attitude most guys will probably not want to help you.

Sorry man, no disrespect but i was wasn't trying to give too much attitude (just a little) it is a fact that most sites in my city all the top sites are basically a picture of a dude standing next to his house with a clip board, or just a photo of a house. I titled the post they way I did because I was looking to hire someone for web design not pointers on my marketing ideas, so you can see how your comment could rub anyone the wrong way. Thanks for the lecture though I promise I won't ask anyone for help, I go to my wife for criticism.
