Is there a way to add certain items to the summary page without them being red items or is it only the red items that do?

Only the red items go on the summary but you can change the color to something else. The point of the summary is to be the safety issues and major expenses. Though the actual decision of what goes on the summary varies wildly depending on the inspector!
