TOPIC: Sample Reports

I keep uploading sample reports, everything works well, I go to try them and get a blank grey page. No dialogue box or options, any ideas?

Make sure you select the option as 'other' on that first link page when you add them. Give me a link here to the page if you still have a problem.

Actually I just tried your sample report page and saw your report fine. Did you fix it already?

Doug, I also went and checked out your sample report, and it shows up fine for me also.

No, I still get the blank grey screen. I'll try from a different computer later, thanks for checking, at least I know it works. Why wouldn't I be able to see it?

I was able to look at your sample and noticed a few things.

The picture shows plastic water supply pipes to a gas water heater. This is a defective situation as plastic pipes are not allowed within 18 inches of the top of the tank due to the vent pipe.

I also noticed you have Materials in some descriptive areas where you should have locations or other descriptions.

Example: Materials: Inspected from ladder at edge of roof. Did not walk on roof due to snow cover.
Materials should be changed or removed.

Example 2: Materials: Crawlspace noted. Again change or remove materials, this is a common mistake by many including myself.

I also think the report looks better when it is not continuous.
