TOPIC: Call me phone

I'd like to add the "Call Me" or "Have me call you" phone button to my web site but have no idea where to start. Do I need any special phone service? How does it let me know some one is calling? How do I set that up? Where do I get the phone icon? How do I put it on the page? And a bunch of other questions I'll probobly have as soon as I attemt this.

I just got around to adding the call button and it worked great. First time I worked with the blocks too. It was much easier than I thought thanks to your directions.
