TOPIC: Credit card being denied

I recently changed themes on my website and today was the first time I needed to use the pay online feature. The customers card as well as one of mine were both denied. I called the CC company and they said it looked like something with the website. Does changing themes affect the pay online feature ?

No. But if you've changed your password at the bank at all you have to change it on our end as well. Go to our home page here, click on Account Information->Credit Cards and make sure your password listed there is the same as the one the bank gave you for logging into payfuse. As soon as you update it try running a $1 test.

Thanks Dominic, for some reason my password at the bank got changed and not by me. I put in a new password and everything worked.

You have to change your password every 60 days due to new federal regulations. Schedule it on your calendar to log into payfuse, change your password every 55 days or so, then update it on our site.
