TOPIC: Navigation through the site

Hey guys when I was taking my web design classes I was always told give people options navigating through the site.  If I put al the navigation stuff in each suckerfish menu it look s very redundant if someone is just looking through the site.  I am just wondering if that is the way most people would want it.  Like having pricing under each menu spot.  Which would in turn have 3 links to pricing on the suckerfish menus.  Any help would be great.  I am just wondering what is the most attractive way of doing it.  Check it out at www.calgaryinspections.com

There's no problem duplicating menu links when you're using a drop down box like that. But the item under each area that it would apply to as you're directing people to buyers, sellers, etc, depending on what the are.
