TOPIC: Changing menu buttons

How do you change the look of the menu buttons? I have searched around, but have not found a discussion here. I see that on this site http://www.washingtonhomeinspector.biz   which uses theme 2 that the buttons have been changed. Is this limited to certain themes?

Yes, this is a theme thing. Theme buttons are something the web has been moving away from due to readability issues. All our buttons are straight text (theme 2 is text over a background image) so that Google can read them easier and more compatibility for mobile phones.
