TOPIC: invisible block

Hi all.  I made a block with pictures for my Fergus page and published it in the banner area.  Beautiful (I think.)  I made a similar one for the Guelph page but I can't get it to show up anywhere.  If I try to publish it in another area, for instance the header or suckerfish area, I can tell that the area has expanded but I don't see the pictures.  Is there anything obvious I might have missed?

Are the images uploaded or did you copy and paste from your computer?

I used the "Insert/Edit Image" icon and then "browse Server" to find the image on my computer. 

I don't get it.  I added a "block title" and now it works.  I don't have a block title on the other blocks so I emptied the "block title" field again.  It still works.  I hate it when I fixed something but I have no idea what I did to fix it.  I don't hate it as much as not having it fixed though.  It likely is the computer's attempt at keeping me humble.
