TOPIC: I'm scared

Dominic set me up with a web site (thanks.)  I figured I could play around with it and when the site is the way I like it or the way it should be, I could publish it to the web.  It appears it is on the web already.  I don't know what I am doing yet when it comes to working on the site.  Aaaahhh!!!

You having nothing to worry about. It'll be several weeks to months before your site is findable on Google. To find your site right now someone would have to know your website address and type it directly into the URL address bar.

I can choose to "unpublish" (is that a word?) some of the pages?  No sense in having a page with testimonials if I have none.

That works too. Just make sure to remember to publish them when you've added some!
