TOPIC: What am I doing wrong??

I am getting on average 20 visits/day, 60% of which from Google.  But none of very few are turning into bookings.  Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

One thing I noticed right off the bat is there is no mention of the market you are in on your first page except for in the title and the footer.  Dominic has on here you should have your main market mentioned approx 3-5 times.  That is a start.

You're actually getting 6-7 different people a day (unique visitors) and some of those are inspectors you're swapping with. As Frank & Ian pointed out you have quite a bit of customizing to do. For those that are showing up on your site due to a Google search, what keywords are they searching for?
