TOPIC: Newsletter submission block

I read over the direction for the link submission form, and do not see how I could incorporate that into a block.

I just want to create a small block that allows a client to input name and email address. Where do I start?

Something along the lines of Rick's submission form at www.owlhomeinspections.com

To turn a form into a block, create the form page. View it in normal mode, right click on the page and click View Source. Copy everything from <form> to </form>. Then go to a block, click SOURCE and paste that in. All done!
