TOPIC: Does anyone have a tip...

Basically you have to optimize this page for whatever phrase it is that you want. For example, use Infared rather than IR (means nothing to a user) in your URL. This means optimize the page description, keywords, title, image alt tags, include a video, etc. Google something like Schaumburg Home Inspector and you'll see that sub pages definitely come up if they're optimized right.

We did something to my Header at www.midtninspections.com/ when we made it. Changed colors that were not available? Or something. I think my header is a block.

What I have in my Site Info is not what is in header.
Do I need to change this?

Yup, your header is a block. The browser title is coming from your site slogan under Site Information on your home page and your Page title for all the other pages.

Page is just 24 hrs.

Your original looks perfectly fine. Changing thing will always make your rank fluctuate even if you do exactly what Google wants.
