Without making this my main page for my website, is there anything I should particularly pay attention to to get a subordinate page high search engine SEO?

My main pages show up on search engines but subordinate pages are much less frequent. I don't know if I'm doing something incorrectly or if this is just the way it is. Google has crawled pretty deep into my website over time, but was wondering if I could get higher page rankings without creating another website.

Any tips would be appreciated!

Dave I don't know if this is relevant or not but what I have noticed in tracking with google when someone lands on the home page if there is not something that immediately catches their eye without having to scroll down or play a video they leave the site. My home page only had text visible when I first constructed it. I recently added some images and noticed that the hits on the other pages increased and the consumer stayed on my site longer

I personally like a IR image that hits them in the face when they land on the page or something they are not familiar with

I don't take too many exterior IR pics that look really obvious. I'll have to come up with something good!

Crank up the heat and blast away with the blower door or something!
It's windy outside and hard to get pic's like indoors.
I want something that really looks like blowing air to the untrained eye.

I don't take many external pics either I just try to use something that the public has not observed but is recognizable as what it really is. I think the curiosity factor plays a big part and pics work well for that first 2 seconds when someone lands on the page. I see a lot of web pages that try to give the whole life story crammed on the landing page. My thinking and some will probably disagree, you have to give someone a reason to want to read about your site and IR pics do that very well. I kind of have the advantage on that though as I am the only HI in Oklahoma that owns his own IR camera with Pics on the web site.

I am doing fine been super busy for this time of year picking up quite a bit of commercial work.
