TOPIC: Help! Unable to upload new theme

I created a new theme header using EazyDraw in the dems specified (931x278) I click choose file, I choose the jpg image, and click save configuration and nothing happens! What am I doing wrong?

Hi Carl,

It looks to me like you're using theme 5 which requires: "The image MUST be 800 pixels wide and 143 pixels high." It's also good to download the original then put your image over it so that you have the border still intact. You can right click on the original and then save it to your computer.

Yes, I am currently using theme 5 but I was playing around with an image for another theme. I think I figured out my problem- I set the layout dems in the drawing application exactly as you spec'd but when I saved the jpg file, one of the dems was 1 pixel off! I don't know why but I'm working on it.

That's strange! You can post the image here as an attachment then we can take a look at it as well.
