TOPIC: Customer comments

Oh, use a TextArea instead of a TextField for the comments box.

Thanks Dominic, that's working! I just have one more question. When I use the TextArea, like I have, inside the box there is a   that I can't seem to get rid of. Is there anyway to get this out of the comments box? 

Dominic, I believe that I have finally gotten rid of the   that has been plaguing me, although I don't know how I did it! However, I just noticed that even when I'm logged out of my site, when I click on the survey page, the page comes up as though I'm logged in. It looks to me like this will be what my client's will see as well. This can't be right, can it?

Well Dominic, I was finally able to get my survey page to open without going into Logged In mode, but now that   is back into the customer comments box. I think I'm going to take a break for awhile. If you have any input for my problem, it will be well appreciated!

Ok it's gone. I clicked the source button for the editor of the text area and erased it. If you ever go back into the same text area edit, make sure to do the same.

You once mentioned to me that I could place a link to my Customer Survey Page right on my Inspection Report. How would you suggest that I do that? Is there a best way in your opinion?
