TOPIC: Block Placement

Now you can start selling your GIMP skills to other inspectors for their header images. Hmm, reminds me of pulp fiction...

I am willing to create some header images for other guys, for a modest fee!! Seriously.

2 questions on blocks. My front page is a panel. I can not seem to get my contact info block to move above the panel on the page. I would like the contact info on the top of every page, but I can't move it on any of them. I have the block set to content and -10. I had to place the block in the panel to get it to the top. But, the other pages it is below the content.

2nd, I added some blocks with images on the bottom of my pages, anyway I can line them up horizontally, instead of vertical? I tried the weight and I tried putting all 3 in the block, but that doesn't seem to work well.

How do I bump this topic? Or maybe I just did!

Content is set as the top by default. I'd need to create a new region to put content above the content block. If it's a big deal, let me know and I'll modify the theme. Otherwise you can put it in the side bar.

Use one block for the bottom. Create a table with 3 columns and 1 row, 100% width and 0 border. Put an image in each block.

I made the table and added the images to the block, I set it for content, to show on all pages, but it doesn't show. I have a feeling that I am missing something simple, but can't figure it out.
