TOPIC: Trustwave vulnerability scan

I recently was notified by First National Merchant Solutions, the credit card processing company for my site. I was told to complete a questionnaire and then let them do a scan of my site  by a company called Trustwave to see if my site was safe . I did the questions and they scanned my site and found I was not in compliance.
The scan listed several items ,none of which I understood.I printed a PDF copy of the report .Could you look at it and let me know what I need to do.
