TOPIC: Add permanent notes or disclaimers to template?

Anyone know how to do this? For example, for the section labeled EXTERIOR in my template I want to add a permanent note under EXTERIOR heading but before the sections that I am reporting on. It looks like this is in some of the example reports but I am not able to figure out how to do this. I added a screenshot from an example report.

This is handed under the Edit Documents section in the software. Click the button along the top and you can add and assign section introductions.
