TOPIC: Report Template For In-Field Delivery

This may have already been uploaded to this section. Would anyone willing to share a template they have where they can get reports out to their clients in the field? I currently have a pretty detailed template. My statements detail issues in length, what MAY be causing the issue, and what to do/who to contact to fix it. I recently spoke with a few of my clients. A mixture of first time home buyers, seasoned investors, and more. They all would like a more simple report that just lays out an issue with no in-depth description as to what may be causing it and what could happen if not repaired. Just the issue and who to call. Does anyone have a template like this that they would be willing to share with me? Id love to take a look at your wording and then put my own personal flare to it. Thanks in advance.

The default template is a good example of a template used to deliver reports in the field. If you want to send your template to the help desk or post it here I can take a look at it as well and give you suggestions.
