TOPIC: Forgotten how to install the Table of Contents!

I can't seem to find the right button! How do I install the Table of Contents?

In the PDF or HTML version it'll automatically have a TOC or bookmarks on the left side of the screen. If you're viewing the PDF in Chrome it may not show it. HIP 6 will have a full page version that's physically in the report for those that want it instead of just using the bookmarks which most like as it keeps the report shorter.
