TOPIC: Multi unit inspection template

Hello
I,m wondering if any one would have a template for multi unit inspections.
Looks like i'm starting to come across more of these.
I have been just using a residential template and adding unit a , b and so forth in the comments , this way is very time consuming .
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

I have had the same question and not been succussful in getting a good answer. I have done 2, 4 6 10 and 30 unit buildings. Until I can find a better solution, I have been uilizing our primary template for the first unit and including the exterior, basement ect on that report. Each subsequent unit is a smaller interior only template uploaded as an attachment.

I do a lot of multifamily and commercial but have a large apartment complex teed up. over 200 apts....The Texas TREC template nor commercial work as well as I like for this. Thinking of a template that I can order by unit...may not be out there. Thoughts?

I think being able to edit the template and copy a entire section like the Whole interior section would be a great option. that way you can have multiple interior units with only one exterior. and can copy as many units as needed.

We can look into that to speed things up. Most inspectors we see use their normal residential template and add unit numbers into comments. For example "Smoke detector missing in Unit #1, 3, 5, 11, 15." That keeps everything consolidated for the investor as well
