TOPIC: Summary Question

Summary Question 5 years 8 months ago #66293

Howdy guys, sorry if this question has already been asked. I've issued hundreds of reports and agents/clients both loved them. Today an agent asked for a summary page. She was wanting a numbered list of items needing repair rather than a red/blue section with findings. I couldn't figure out a way to give her those results with Home Inspector Pro. I don't mind customizing reports for agents if they want something different. I just couldn't figure out how to give her what she wanted. Basically she was too lazy to go through the report and make her own repair addendum.

Any suggestions on how to accomplish this?

Do you not have the summary page turned on? When you generate report there's a row for Summary that you can check off to enable the summary. If you're using ISN you can also send data to the Request Repair List we built together than goes to the agent as well.

I haven't used ISN yet. Need to look into it.

The summary page is at the top of my report. It has photos and is the red items. I'm just looking for a single page with just the bullet points of all items found, regardless of severity.

I'll look at ISN soon to see what the repair list looks like.

Is there any way to move the summary to the end of the report?

Report Settings>Options>Layout ..Then check off print summary page at end of report.
