TOPIC: Cover Page Design Does not Save to Template

Following this sequence the software does not save a custom cover page to the template:
Open program
Open template
Open cover page designer
Import layout already designed by me
Box for custom design is checked
Save
Save inspection and template
Why is this not working?

Sounds correct to me! Do you have HIP 5.6.7 installed?

Once you close HIP and then reopen it (and that template if it's not the default) do you see it? Note that you won't see it if you try to open up old jobs or different templates.

Yes I have 5.6.7 installed. No the new cover page does not appear when i create a new inspection.

I am currently having the same issue. I have HIP 5.8.1. I import my cover page design and it shows up. It also shows up when I create a new report. Once the report is generated it goes back to the old design. When I click cover page designer it shows the one I want. It just wont show when I generate the report.

Any Ideas?

There's a checkbox on the bottom right of the cover designer to enable the feature. Make sure that is checked and you save the template. Give us a call if you still need any help.
