TOPIC: Saving selections in damage panels

I am in the process of creating a template for Aging in Place inspections and I will have damage panels for observations with photos, and a damage panel for recommendations with the option of illustrations/photos.
There are many recommendations that will be on every report, is there a way I can save certain damage panel selections and illustrations in the template so that I don't have to select them each time I start a new report?
Edit:.....I believe I can save an inspection with the comments selected and "merge" it into each new inspection report. I was hoping to make it as simple as possible.

Once I have the template completed I will share it with everyone. If anyone wants to see what I have so far I will be happy to share it and would welcome any suggestions and input.

Robert, you mean something like this? A narrative with a picture of a component is suppose to look like?

Robert, what you said is correct. Setup an inspection the way you want it and merge it into the job you're working on.
