TOPIC: Changing text color for multiple entries

So I am switching over to a new reporting style using text color significance for my comments. I would like to save certain colors for selected entries that will never change color. Do I have to choose each entry in a Material or Damage panel and change them individually or can I select a group and change them all? The former would take so much time.

Please help!

Unfortunately you'd need to chose them one at a time. No one has asked to do more than once at a time before! How many colors are you using? I may be able to help cut down the work some by making sure it's setup right.

I am using green for descriptive comments and standard limitations. Blue for defects, recommendations, further evaluation and other standard script, etc.

Okay, you shouldn't need to use advanced colors for that. Set the Selection Panels (which are for descriptive comments and standard limitations) to green via Report Settings->Formatting and your damage panel normal comments to blue. Are you going to have a 3rd color for serious defect/summary items?

Thanks! I will try that right now. I will be keeping the standard red for serious defect/summary items.

I want to use Black for no defect noted comments or recommendation comments, blue for maintenance or less critical defect. I also use blue and if they appear in the summary, they are less critical, but may be expensive to repair like driveway replacement, window replacement or mechanical equipment servicing which may not be expensive, but is necessary. 
Red I leave for all safety items, critical and expensive critical items like roof leaks, roof replacement, all electrical issues, foundation/structural issues.
Advanced seems perfect to do this.
