TOPIC: Template for Multi Inspection Firms

Hello everyone,

I am in the process of adding new inspectors to my company. In order to make things easier for my new guys, I am trying to create a template that is simple and easy to transition as new inspectors come on board. If anyone has a template or ideas about this, I would certainly appreciate it.

Thank you for your response. Actually, I have been changing template to make it more efficient and useful, but to a newbie it may be difficult to grasp quickly. I don't use checklists, etc. Just looking at options, to see what larger firms are doing. Take care, Sean

I'm not sure why a template for larger firms would be any different for any other inspection firm. I've always seen the multi inspectors use the same type of templates as anyone else. Templates are meant to follow a SOP or state association.
