TOPIC: Inserting multiple comments into the template

How do I insert multiple comments into my template at once?
I am reworking my Default template, and have prepared many specific comments in the WordPad/Word and need to insert them the template's categories. I do not see a way to do multiple comments at once. To do 1 comment at the time will take me forever.
Additionally, how can I copy multiple comments from  my template, and export it to word/wordpad for editing and for a review by a friend or a lawyer

There's no way to export or import from Word. Word has no formatting that would match anything that another software program could use and they have a closed system so we can't even pull data out. You can easily import multiple comments from other templates or from other places in the same template though if that helps. Just click as many comments as you want and then click Copy and then Paste.

So in other words, I have to insert each comment individually. I cannot get a list of comments from any outside source and place them into any of the HIP templates, unless they are already part of the HIP system? So if someone is switching from HomeCheck, 3D or any other software to HIP, they would have to transfer each existing comment individually?
What about exporting the comments. I want to export the comments for a review by a lawyer, but am unable to do it either, unless I double click each comment individually and copy it to clipboard and then paste it into Wordpad or wherever. Multiple comments will not copy to clipboard with the copy option of the HIP - they are only transferable within the template(s). Eventually I found a way to export by selecting all of the comments in all sections of the template, then generating a report, and copying and pasting to Word for export - still a lot of workaround.
But after having them edited and reviewed I cannot bring them in as a batch for each section. Is there any workaround? Any other editors that would work? I find that to be a significant drawback - I have several thousand comments to reinsert
