The comments below are the only thing that changes from a site built home in my report.
Unless you see a damaged anchor.

Manufactured homeThe dwelling is a ? wide manufactured home with a ? type roof design.

The structure is supported by means of masonry piers.

The ventilation for the perimeter skirting around the dwelling appeared to be adequate. Ventilation openings around the perimeter the dwelling should be kept clear of debris/dirt to perform as designed.
