TOPIC: Looking for an EIFS/Stucco Report template

Does anyone have an EIFS and or Stucco template that they would not mind sharing? 

I want to move from doing this type of report in WORD to being able to do it in HIP with my iPad on site and then finishing it back at the office.  Right now it takes me about 2+ hours to write a typical EIFS inspection report once I get back to the office.

Any help will be greatly appreciated and I might even send you a box of GooGoo Clusters (made in Nashville TN) if I it helps me!!
