need help put a template together where i can put like air conditioning specs like Brand, Serial, Model ...

please help i am new on this

I'm not entirely sure what you need, but it sounds like you want to make a page or section with just the data plate information from all the equipment, is that right?

Here's a template with those set up. You can build the same thing into your own template by copying this template, lists and sections. The pdf show how it looks on a report page.

You start by creating the sections in the "edit template" window, then add tabs on the right side of the edit template window. Go to one of the tabs and select "edit comments" and add a new comment, then select "edit lists". Make lists for the brand, type, fuel and any others you may need. Then start making comments with "Brand:" and then insert the brand list next to this. Once you have one piece of equipment done, select all the comments, hit ctrl-C, then go to the next tab and make a comment with just a period or anything. Select this comment and click ctrl-v and your comments from the first tab will appear in your second tab. Rinse and repeat.
