TOPIC: Changing wording within a template at the beginning pages of a report

Changing wording within a template at the beginning pages of a report 12 years 1 month ago #50205

Quesiton,

I am playing around with another template but have changed the Ratings language and now need to go into the software and change the wording from the previous users description. For instance, the previous template used Inspected but I am changing it to Acceptable. So when I produce the report I want the beginning pages to list my definitions of the ratings.  Help would be appreciated.

Perhaps I was not clear enough. When the report is generated, there are pages before the actual report findings that lists various information..like a legend. where one discribes what the report entails, what is included, ect. And one of these pages is where you define what your "ratings" mean.  Like, Acceptable-item was inspected and or tested and found to be operational and functioning within its design limitations. Or, Defective-item was found to be non operational, not functioning as designed, installed improperly, ect.

Perhaps I have to create my own page with this information and if I do I can..well maybe not now as I still can't navigate around the software with ease yet.

Yup, those are documents. If there's an existing one in your report you can edit via Edit Documents. If not, you can add a new one via Edit Document.
