Hello,
I downloaded a template using Dominics instructions from another post and it is in my data file but its not with the other templates in HIP. Any ideas? |

Hi Jon,
If you're running Windows Vista make sure you have it running as administrator. Right click on the program icon on the desktop, click properties, compatibility and run as Administrator. Then go into the program and hit open template. Let me know if that works ok for you! Dominic |

Just a note to others. I did a remote connection with Jon today. His version of internet explorer wanted to label the tpz a zip file when he clicked on it. I changed the file type to all files and made sure the file name ended with .tpz and everything worked fine.

Hi Dominic,
I been here reading how you said to save a template -still having problems I have vista,heres what I did and got stuck click on save,,then on left side clicked on computer,clicked on c drive then on program files then I couldn't find home inspector pro When I originally downloaded hip I saved it to my desktop. maybe thats my problem? I don't know I must be doing something wrong I can't figure it out maybe you can help,thanks Ted |
