The easiest way is to upload video to youtube, then insert the embed code they give you into a page. Audio should be in mp3 format and then there's a few different ways it can be added. Hi Leon,

Upload the mp3 to your site noting the files location. Then use the following code

<embed type=?application/x-shockwave-flash? src=?http://www.google.com/reader/ui/3523697345-audio-player.swf? flashvars=?audioUrl=MP3URL? width=?400″ height=?27″ quality=?best?></embed>

Change the MP3URL to the actual location of the URL. Let us know if you need help with that.
