This is more like what I was thinking.  I also received your Tenn. template.  Do you combine both test temp. and Tenn. temp.?

 

those are not the templates I use, they are backups. I didn't want to make things more complicated with the other things I've added on.

You have to remember which tabs are required reporting. They change color so it helps to know if you went there. Other tabs I use are a case-by-case basis depending on the inspection.

I do combine reports with a PDFConverter because I use multiple reporting software for things like thermal imaging etc. I can add all kinds of stuff to the report in PDF format and merge them into the home inspector pro report and upload it manually to the client with everything combined.
