Hi. I am a new InterNachi member and am wondering if anybody has created a standard Template for condominiums. It would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Brad,
There's no need (it can even be counter productive as you're splitting your narratives up). Do a normal home inspections then turn off any unneeded pages under Report Settings->Section Colors & Print Order. |

Brad, 1st off all, welcome to HIP and also NACHI, these 2 memberships are certainly enough of the best tools in the biz and with them both there is not much more you need to hit the ground running.....well a few customers would also help..haha.
OK listen to Dom he is right, a condo, rental, well basically any property is the same with just more or less components. Spend your time making a Killer Full scale Template, then when you do a condo, pool, or any type of inspection, simply turn off the unnecessary sections. Jim |

Thank Jim and Dominic. That is great advice. I'm just starting to do inspections and creating my template will be trial and error as I go. Thank you for your time

Brad you are not alone bro. Every inspection I do helps me to tweak my master template. I am constantly changing, adding, deleting, and wording better. My goal is to be as through, and professional but at the same time be fast and efficient with each report. It is a never ending project. I will always give a big thanks to Dom and a fellow HIP/Nachi brother David Macy who both have helped me get these sweet reports rolling in the right direction.

Jim, thanks for the support. It is greatly appreciated. I have been trying to get a template going to start my first mock inspections and I really liked your website and you sample report. Do you mind if I use some of your narratives.
