I am estimating an inspection on 21 unit apartment building does anyone have a template they would care to share :

Click Open Template, there's 2 commercial templates there that you can use. One's more aimed for warehouses, the other multi unit complexes. You can also use your normal residential template and just notate the problems with the unit. For example: Kitchen-Smoke Detector: Smoke detectors missing in unit 1,5,8,15 & 21.
