TOPIC: 1 year builders warranty template

New user to the HIP system.  Would anyone kindly share a 1 year builders warranty template?

Hi Terry,

Most guys use their full residential template and do a complete inspection. There's really no need for a separate template.

I can see having a separate warranty template and might put one together.  The library of phrases is completely different.  You don't need anything that says, "by close of escrow", "check with seller for more information" or sale related phrases.  Since the homes would be just under a year old, it should be an easy template to put together.  Much of the information you can gather from the owner as well.

I have a blank page that I use for inputting complaints from the client for their warranty requests.

The structure would be identical though wouldn't it? You'd just have phrases without the extra bit like you said (which a lot of guys don't include, or not in many of the narratives at least).

Thank you for your responses.  I have the inspection today and plan to use my standard residential template which will be easy enough to edit for this one.
