TOPIC: Florida Templates

I just purchased HIP and was wondering if any of you Florida Inspectors have a template available for viewing. Thank you .

Hi Curtis, welcome to the site!

We have a ton of inspectors in Florida (more than any other state), many use Residential Template 1 and just uncheck the basement page or rename it crawlspace only and uncheck it when you don't have a crawlspace. You can see quite a few of their reports by looking at their sample reports. A few might have shared their templates on the message boards, I can't remember, I'll have to look through them again.
