Yes, but it will not save the remarks or observations that are entered, that is the part that makes the difference.

I agree it would be beneficial and time saving if common selection panel comments can be saved in the template, even pictures.

Comments on grading, caulking, smoke alarms various limitations are redundant. It would save me about 24 click and taps in field and 5 minutes quicker inspections.

I have 6 pics/illustrations I always including. This would save me another few minutes in report times.

I would say since changing to a combination room by room/systems my report times are less than 1 hour and inspections times are also quicker.

This change would decreas my inspection and report time and is a great idea, so Dom with al this help when are you going to quick dragging your feet and get some programming done. Still waiting for the folder update.

John's getting trained now and I'm hoping we'll be hiring another person on May 5. They'll be able to take over a lot of the tech support that I currently do at night when everyone else is off (answering emails, etc) so I can get more programming down. John will also be helping with programming as well.

Does anybody have a sped up template yet that they would be willing to share? Also does anyone have a template for partial work madeup, like if someone has water intrusion in there basement or something similiar for specific areas?

Hi TJ,

What do you mean by a sped up template? If you have a report where you're only commenting on specific items, turn off all the pages you don't want under Report Settings->Section Colors & Print Order and set items you don't comment on not to print under Report Settings->Options. That allows you to use your normal residential template for anything else.
