TOPIC: template help

I have been trying to add new documents to a custom template and they do not show up when generating report. I am getting frustrated with this continuous circle!!!! I have tried adding pictures and wanted to see if it works, well whole document isnt printing! arrrrrghhhhhhhh

Have you made sure that you've set what page the document should print before? Let me know. We can do a remote session if you're still having issues.

My HIP at work allows adding docs and works just fine. I think my installation on my home PC is jacked up.

Shouldn't be any difference. That feature has been around for years. Let me know when you're home later and we can check it out. If it has a corrupt file, just install the latest version directly over yours and it will only replace the program files. It won't affect anything you've done.
