Dominic, I use the batch load feature,, and save the template every time I make a change I want to keep. I started going back after the report is all completed and remove items from the template that are NA to that particular report. I just don't save the template after that. It helps shorten the report.
Alot of my inspectins are old homes which usually have particular issues. so maybe everything is normal. Just seems like I should be completeing the reports faster. I'll mess around with the background color. I do not usually print the reports, but my clients and agents do. Do you think the report is to detailed?? |

Hi Tim,
Ahh, that's extra time there you don't have to spend. WIth unique comments, add a comment to black/red first, then double click and edit it. Then those comments save under Save Inspection but won't save under Save Template. I don't think you're being too detailed. You do have some repetitious photos and you don't need to point arrows to things if they are obvious like lifted sidewalk. Overall, it looks great! |
