Hi Dominic,
Do I get the report from the program file in C drive? Or do I save as a pdf file and then attach the report to my post. |

You want the PDF which means you can generate report and save to your desktop or just go directly to C:\Program Files\Home Inspector Pro\Client Reports , same as if you were emailing a report.

I got an error report Dominic. File was to big. So i'll pass on the attachment.
My question to fellow home inspectors is,,,,How long do you spend putting a report together? I do not currently prepare them on location. I'll go home and put the report together. This will take me up to 2 hours. Longer on old homes. Then i read where inspectors print the report out on location. I'll take up to 80 pics during an inspection. I'll only put 15 - 20 in the report, but I go through all the pics and sort them out. Where am I going wrong here. |

Tim, are you using Batch Add Photos? Are you clicking Save Template after every inspection so that you're building up your library narratives?
Are you actually printing these reports? If not, I'd add more color in by changing the item backgrounds from white to something else. It really improves the look of the report which makes clients happy. |
